All products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original shipment to be free of any defects in material or workmanship. The company's obligation under this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement, only at the company's option. Improper installation, abuse, misuse, neglect or unauthorized repairs or alterations shall void warranty. The company's liability does not extend to consequential damages, either direct or indirect.
